Terms of Service

1. The Service

Strollio is a travel-planning application, available on iOS and on the web, that turns places you save from reels, screenshots and links into organized maps and day-by-day trip itineraries.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Strollio is free to use up to a usage limit. Strollio Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes that limit and unlocks premium features:

• Monthly - $7.90 per month
• Annual - $70 per year

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may vary with applicable taxes and exchange rates.

Web subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, payment and tax on our behalf. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Web: through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or the “Manage subscription” link in your account menu
• iOS: through your Apple subscription settings

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add (links, text, images and the places on your maps). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights
• Abuse automated extraction features in a way that imposes unreasonable load or cost

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google (place data and images), mapping providers, and AI services. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

9. Intellectual Property

Strollio, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Place data, hours, routes and recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be verified before you rely on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
